Description
SimpleGeo python-oauth2 does not check the nonce allowing replay attacks
The Server.verify_request function in SimpleGeo python-oauth2 does not check the nonce, which allows remote attackers to perform replay attacks via a signed URL.
The vulnerability does not appear to be patched according to the following [discussion](https://github.com/joestump/python-oauth2/issues/129#issuecomment-895911502).

This issue can be reached over the network, attack complexity is low, an attacker needs no privileges on the target. No user interaction is required. Rated impact: confidentiality none, integrity high, availability none.
