Description
phpMyAdmin CSRF Vulnerability
An issue was discovered in phpMyAdmin. When the arg_separator is different from its default & value, the CSRF token was not properly stripped from the return URL of the preference import action. All 4.6.x versions (prior to 4.6.5), 4.4.x versions (prior to 4.4.15.9), and 4.0.x versions (prior to 4.0.10.18) are affected.

This issue can be reached over the network, attack complexity is low, an attacker needs no privileges on the target. No user interaction is required. The scope is unchanged, so the impact stays within the vulnerable component. Rated impact: confidentiality high, integrity high, availability high.
