Description
Jenkins Audit to Database Plugin stores credentials in plain text
Jenkins Audit to Database Plugin stores database credentials unencrypted in its global configuration file audit2db.xml on the Jenkins controller. These credentials can be viewed by users with access to the Jenkins controller file system.

This issue can be reached with local access to the system, attack complexity is low, an attacker needs low-level privileges on the target. No user interaction is required.
