# Original Description
Mautic allows you to update the application via an upgrade script.
The upgrade logic isn't shielded off correctly, which may lead to vulnerable situation.
This vulnerability is mitigated by the fact that Mautic needs to be installed in a certain way to be vulnerable.
How this vulnerability can be exploited
This issue can be reached with local access to the system, attack complexity is low, an attacker needs no privileges on the target. No user interaction is required. Rated impact: confidentiality high, integrity high, availability none.
