Original Description
OS command injection in the npm package loading component in AWS jsii-diff before 1.131.0 might allow context-dependent attackers to execute arbitrary commands via crafted package specifiers passed to the npm: source argument.
To mitigate this issue, users should upgrade to jsii-diff v1.131.0 or later.
How this vulnerability can be exploited
This issue can be reached with local access to the system, attack complexity is low, an attacker needs no privileges on the target. A user must actively cooperate. The scope is unchanged, so the impact stays within the vulnerable component. Rated impact: confidentiality high, integrity high, availability high.
