iniparser security update

This modules offers parsing of ini files from the C level. See a complete documentation in HTML format, from this directory open the file html/index.html with any HTML-capable browser.

Security Fix(es):

iniparser v4.1 is vulnerable to NULL Pointer Dereference in function iniparser_getlongint which misses check NULL for function iniparser_getstring's return.(CVE-2023-33461)
